We’ve upgraded our warranty process to provide structured approvals and real-time claim tracking. All warranty and return requests are now submitted through our secure RMA Portal.
What you can do inside the portal
- Submit warranty and return requests
- Upload photos and supporting documentation
- Track claim status in real time
- Receive approval notifications and next-step instructions
- View purchase history (for linked accounts)

Dealers & Distributors
Before registering, please email warranty@vividlumen.com so we can link your email to your company’s sales history.
Please include:
• Company name
• Your name
• The email address you will use to log in
• A recent invoice number (if available)
Retail / End Customers
Create your account using the same email address used for your original purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Have this ready:
• Order number or invoice
• Product SKU / part number
• Clear photos of the issue
Important
- Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Please wait for approval before shipping any product. Returns without an approved RMA number may be refused.
- Warranty processing follows product-specific procedures: Field Destroy or Return for Inspection.
