Vivid Lumen Industries – Dealer Warranty Policy

Effective Date: Nov 2025

Vivid Lumen Industries provides warranty coverage on its products against defects in materials, components, and workmanship. This warranty applies only to authorized dealers and distributors, and covers replacement of defective parts only.
No labor, travel, incidental, or collateral costs are covered under any circumstances.


1. Warranty Process for Dealers

  • Dealers must submit warranty claims to their distributor, not directly to Vivid Lumen.

  • The distributor will review the claim and obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Vivid Lumen if required.

  • Claims submitted directly by dealers to Vivid Lumen will not be accepted.


2. Warranty Process for Distributors

  • All warranty requests require the product(s) to be returned for inspection before credit is authorized.

  • If a physical return is not possible, distributors must contact Vivid Lumen to discuss an alternative solution.

  • Vivid Lumen reserves the right to request:

    • Additional photos or videos

    • Product return for testing

    • Serial numbers, batch codes, or installation details


3. Important Warranty Disclosures

  • If testing shows no defect, Vivid Lumen reserves the right to:

    • Deny the warranty claim, or

    • Charge for replacement merchandise if already supplied

  • Shipping costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of the sender.

  • Vivid Lumen does not cover any freight charges for warranty returns.

  • Warranty items must not be discarded until approved in writing by Vivid Lumen.

4. Warranty Coverage & Exclusions

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Abuse, neglect, impact damage, or improper handling

  • Incorrect installation or non-standard applications

  • Modification, alteration, tampering, or unauthorized repairs

  • Chemical exposure (cleaning agents, solvents, degreasers, etc.)

  • Electrical issues such as voltage spikes, over-voltage, or improper wiring

  • Environmental conditions such as condensation, corrosion, or UV degradation

  • Wear and tear, including debris impact or lens deterioration

6. Redeeming Dealer & Distributor Warranties

To begin the warranty process:

  1. Dealers

    • Submit your warranty claim and photos to your authorized distributor.

    • Do not contact Vivid Lumen directly.

  2. Distributors

    • Submit the claim to Vivid Lumen through your standard RMA process.

    • Use the online Return Form when required.

    • Include photos, videos, or supporting documentation as needed.

Once approved, distributors may redeem warranty value as:

  • Replacement parts, or

  • Credit note issued to their account
