Vivid Lumen Industries ships products in Canada and the United States using UPS, Canpar, Purolator, DHL, FedEx and Canada Post. We offer standard and express delivery. Any orders above $50 will ship via standard delivery for free, and If you prefer to choose express delivery, there will be extra charges that depend on the order amount noted below.

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

• Available shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations.
• Merchandise that is in stock usually ships within 1-3 business days. 
• "Free Shipping" applies only to orders above $250 that are being shipped via express shipment within Canada and the United States.
• Shipments to the United States are treated as all other international shipments. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees.

Domestic Canada

• Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping as it can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other delays.
• Please submit an enquiry form within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
• Please note that if you purchase multiple categories of goods with express delivery, you might be charged the multiline entry fee by customs.
• Crises across the world including shipping strikes and an increase in floods, hurricanes, and other extreme weather events as a result of global warming have led to delays in shipments. The delivery time of your package(s) may take a little bit longer.
